Planning Retainer Fee
Client agrees to pay a non-refundable Planning Retainer Fee of $450.00.
The Planning Retainer Fee covers:
Initial consultation(s)
Venue research and outreach
Vendor research and outreach
Collection of pricing and availability
Budget planning assistance
Design concept development
Coordination of vendor proposals
Creation of event recommendations
Work will begin upon receipt of the Planning Retainer Fee.
Non-Refundable Retainer
The Planning Retainer Fee is non-refundable.
Because planning services require time, research, communication, and professional expertise, no refunds will be issued once planning services have commenced, regardless of whether the Client proceeds with recommended vendors or moves forward with the event.
Vendor Selection
Planner will provide recommendations and assist with coordination; however, all vendor contracts are entered into directly between the Client and the selected vendor unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Planner is not responsible for the performance, actions, cancellations, pricing changes, or services provided by third-party vendors.
Additional Planning Services
The $450 Planning Retainer covers the initial planning phase only.
Should Client wish to retain Planner for ongoing coordination, event management, day-of coordination, decorating services, or additional planning services, separate agreements and fees may apply.
Acceptance
By signing below, Client acknowledges that they have read and agree to the terms of this Agreement.
